Tom coaches our small team of driven athletes. He has over 10 years of triathlon coaching and personal training experience. He has coached athletes of all abilities to finish lines, World championships, Age group and even an Overall Ironman Champion. Our experience competing at Ironman Triathlon competitions all over the globe, training under world class coaches and alongside olympians is something we are keen to share with the who have the drive and passion to find their potential.

Over the years we have combined our experience and knowledge into an effective training methodology. We handle the complexity so you can concentrate on being an athlete.
